Arizona
had seven visitors this past weekend and here is a breakdown.
Tyler Slavin
: Slavin enjoyed his visit but it does not seem a decision is coming any time soon.
Arizona has the type of offense that he wants to play in, but the Wildcats can't feel too comfortable knowing he will be visiting Washington and Nebraska at the least.
The UA is in good shape but there is a lot of time left in this one.
Tony Washington
: Washington enjoyed his visit and it seems Arizona will be battling the Oregon schools in this one.
Washington pushed up his visit to Oregon State to next week and should have a decision after that. There is no favorite at the time, but Arizona is right in it.
Fred Thompson
: Thompson favors Arizona, but is being recruited by much of the Pac-10.
He is another player that is going to take his time in his recruitment, but the Wildcats could be tough to beat in this one.
Troy Hill
: Hill's recruitment could last until signing day, but his favorites are likely to remain the same.
Oregon, Washington, and Arizona are the three schools to beat and Hill is quiet about which one is the leader.
Arizona has a good connection with St. Bonaventure, so don't be surprised if Hill winds up in Tucson.
Damian Payne
: Payne is a commit to Utah and is currently unavailable, but word is that the UA made an impression.
Considering his offers, it seems he may open his recruitment back up to numerous other schools as well.
