Wildcat injury situation, UPDATE 9/26

Phillipp out for season?

Arizona came away from the USC game with a few injuries. Some were minor, but at least one seems to be very serious.

Paul Philipp strained ligaments in his knee and is out until at least the Oregon State game. It was originally thought that the senior might have been lost for the year but it turns out the injury is not serious enough. Philipp left the USC game.

It would have been a sad ending for Phillipp who has been plagued by injuries all through his Wildcat career.

Willie Tuitama and Syndric Steptoe both left the USC game with injuries and were held out of practice on Monday, but are expected to go this weekend against Washington. Tuitama has a strained calf muscle, while Steptoe is suffering a strained quad.

Brandon Tatum missed the USC game with a high ankle sprain and will miss the UW game as well.

Freshman running back Glyndon Bolasky is done for the year with a ligament tear in his knee. Bolasky was planning on red shirting this season.
