"It went really well I thought," said the 6-foot-4 inch, four star wide out. "We went around and got to see the campus and everything. I really liked the campus and I especially liked their Business College a lot. They have a great business program and that is what I want to major in."
Reese is being recruited by Arizona tight ends coach Josh Heupel and was able to sit down and talk with him as well as the other members of the coaching staff, including wide receivers coach Charlie Williams.
"Coach Hype is a good guy, he is real funny and down to earth," Reese said. "The whole staff is really the same. They are all cool guys and they are all intense coaches and are serious about what they are doing there and building the program. I met with Coach Williams and he is a good guy. He showed me that he has a plan for his receivers and he is a good coach and has a great attitude."
While in Tucson, Reese was hosted by freshman receiver Mike Thomas and according to Reese, Thomas laid out the truth about early playing time.
"Mike is a cool guy man," he said. "He showed me that I will definitely be able to play right away. He is a true freshman and he is their leading receiver right now so I know that I could go in and do the same thing. They have a new and young quarterback that had a great game and the offense is only going to get better. I definitely want to play as a freshman so knowing that I can go in and play right away is a big advantage."
On Sunday, Reese got to sit down for his one on one meeting with head coach Mike Stoops and he says that it made a big impression on him.
"I met with coach Stoops and it definitely made a big impression on me," remarked Reese. "The whole trip did really. Coach Stoops is a very passionate coach and he is real aggressive and he knows what he wants to do with his program. I like that. They (the coaching staff) made a very big impression on me."
Before his trip to Tucson Reese was a heavy lean to Nebraska, one of his previous two visits. Is he still a heavy Husker lean?
"Not now," he said. "Arizona made a huge impression on me and now it is them and Nebraska and then basically everyone else. I liked Oklahoma State a little bit and I think I am going to visit OU (Oklahoma) too but right now it is definitely Arizona and Nebraska at the top. It is going to be a hard decision to make right now."
