Las Vegas NLA 7on7: All-Time Offense

A look at the top performers on offense at the first five NLA 7on7 tournaments in Las Vegas...

All-Time Offense

Troy Williams
Quarterback, Harbor City (Calif.) Narbonne/Washington (2010-11-12)
One of the few three-year participants in the event, Williams helped lead 1925 to the semis in 2010 and to the finals in 2012, and ran his prep team in 2011 to the quarterfinals.  The Washington quarterback also led 1925 to the national championship in 2011.

DeAnthony Thomas
Running Back, Los Angeles (Calif.) Crenshaw/Oregon (2010)
A star in the Rose Bowl and Fiesta Bowl the past two years, Thomas may be the most electric player to ever play in the Vegas 7on7.

Harvey Langi
Running Back, South Jordan (Utah) Bingham/Utah (2009-10)
Twice was a key reason Utah made it to the finals in the two years he played in it.  For a power back, the Utah back was ridiculously effective in the tournament.

Zach Ertz
Tight End, Danville (Calif.) Monte Vista/Stanford (2008)
The tournament founders still call him the "most dominant 7on7 player ever in Vegas," and the unanimous all-American at Stanford this past season helped his team win the first tournament.

Jalen Cope-Fitzpatrick
Tight End, Rocklin (Calif.) Whitney/USC (2010-11)
The current USC tight end helped B2G win consecutive titles.

Levine Toilolo
Tight End, La Mesa (Calif.) Helix/Stanford (2008)
Teamed with Ertz for a great run in Palo Alto the past few years, and teamed with him for the first time in 2008 in Vegas, where he earned the nickname "Red Zone", in the title winning run.

Gabe Marks
Receiver, Venice (Calif.)/Washington State (2010-11)
Was huge as a sophomore for B2G's title run and then was even bigger for them his second run, earning tournament MVP honors and scoring the tying touchdown to force overtime, where B2G would win their second straight championship.

Kasen Williams
Receiver, Sammamish (Wash.) Skyline/Washington (2008-09)
Burst onto the national scene as a freshman, helping Washington advance to the finals of the first tournament then tore apart the tournament again his second year.  Only a run in the state basketball tournament prevented him from doing it again for a third time.

Bryce Treggs
Receiver, Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco/California (2010-11)
One of a host of stellar receivers for 1925 his second time through, he put himself on the map as a sophomore with AIGA in their run to the semifinals.

Kenny Stills
Receiver, Encinitas (Calif.) La Costa Canyon/Oklahoma (2009)
The Oklahoma star torched several defensive backs over the course of the weekend in the second year of the tournament.

Darreus Rogers
Receiver, Carson (Calif.)/USC (2010-11)
A two-time participant, the USC receiver was a matchup nightmare for most cornerbacks trying to cover him, despite never having an elite quarterback getting him the ball.

Deontay Greenberry
Athlete, Fresno (Calif.) Washington Union/Houston (2011)
Introduced himself nationally by tearing up a number of defensive backs then flipping over to defense and had a handful of interceptions, beginning his march from under-the-radar and unranked to an eventual five-star and the surprise of 2012's Signing Day.

Honorable Mention
QB Michael Bercovici, Woodland Hills (Calif.) Taft/Arizona State (2010), QB Cody Vaz, Stockton (Calif.) St. Mary's/Oregon State (2008), QB Jesse Scroggins, Lakewood (Calif.)/Arizona (2009), QB Jake Heaps, Sammamish (Wash.) Skyline/Kansas (2009), RB Robert Lewis, South Gate (Calif.) South East/Washington State (2011), RB Kendall Brock, Fresno (Calif.) Clovis West/Nevada (2010), TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins, Gig Harbor (Wash.)/Washington (2009), TE Xavier Grimble, Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman/USC (2009), WR Brett Thompson, El Dorado Hills (Calif.) Oak Ridge/BYU (2008), WR Rolando Jefferson, Fresno (Calif.) Edison, WR Deontay Greenberry, Fresno (Calif.) Washington Union/Houston (2011), WR Jordan Payton, Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian/UCLA (2010-11)
