New Offer for Four-Star Athlete

Tucson (Ariz.) Salpointe Catholic's Cameron Denson adds Pac 12 offer

FoxSportsNext has confirmed that Tucson (Az.) Salpointe junior athlete Cameron Denson has received a new offer.

Salpointe head coach Dennis Bene says, "Coach Tuiasosopo from Colorado offered Cam on Friday."

Denson now has offers from UCLA, Washington, Utah, Notre Dame, Oregon State, Oklahoma, Arizona State and Arizona.

Denson has been a jack-of-all trades for Bene in 2012. He has played QB out of need and passed for 408 yards and 3 TDs while completing 78% of his passes and not throwing an INT.

He has also rushed for 1,025 yards and 18 TDs on just 68 carries. He has caught 31 passes for 473 yards and 2 scores and made 16 tackles and 2 INTs on defense.

Denson is one of the elite prospects on the West Coast in the 2014 class and currently ranked a four-star prospect by FoxSportsNext.

Salpointe plays Peoria Centennial in the semi-finals of the D2 state playoffs.
